Picking up your order at Crescent School is quick and simple. Here's everything you need to know, from the moment your parcel arrives to the moment it's in your hands.
Your Pickup in 4 Easy Steps
1. We'll let you know when it's ready As soon as your order arrives at Crescent School, we'll notify you by email (and WhatsApp, if you've shared your number) with your order number and pickup details.
2. Head to the Main Office All pickups happen at the Main Office, Crescent School, during regular school hours.
3. Bring your order confirmation Just show us your invoice or order confirmation email (digital or printed — either works fine) so we can quickly find and verify your order.
4. Pay and collect Pay at the time of pickup by cash or mobile payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order is yours to take home!
