Return & Refund Policy

At Hoor Textile, we take great care in preparing and packing every abaya before it leaves our facility in Faisalabad, Pakistan. That said, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen, and if they do, we're here to make it right.

1. Our Policy at a Glance

We do not offer refunds and do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive the wrong size or the wrong abaya due to an error on our part, we will happily send you the correct item as a replacement free of charge.

2. Reporting a Wrong Size or Wrong Item

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the WhatsApp button on our site or our contact details. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item you received
A brief description of the issue (e.g., wrong size, wrong design)

Reports received after the 24-hour window unfortunately cannot be processed, so we encourage you to check your order as soon as it arrives.

3. What Happens Next

Once our team verifies the error, we'll arrange a replacement of the correct size or item at no extra cost to you. Since the mistake would be on our end, we also cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.

4. What's Not Covered

To keep things fair and clear, please note that the following are not eligible for replacement:

Change of mind after placing an order
Incorrect size selected by the customer at checkout
Items reported after the 24-hour window
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us

5. No Refunds

As a policy, Hoor Textile does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstance. All confirmed wrong-size or wrong-item cases are resolved through a free replacement only.
