1. Orders

Every order placed on our store is reviewed before it's processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example, if there's a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Mistakes happen, if you accidentally selected the wrong abaya style or size, don't worry. Just reach out to our team within 2 hours of placing your order via the WhatsApp button on our site or through our contact details, and we'll help you fix it before it ships. After this 2-hour window, orders are locked in for processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to love what they receive. While we don't offer general returns or exchanges, if you happen to receive the wrong size or the wrong abaya due to an error on our end, simply message our support team via the WhatsApp button on our site or our contact details, and we'll make it right.

4. Pricing

All prices on our store are listed in USD. Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

Every abaya is carefully packed and shipped from our facility in Faisalabad, Pakistan, with an estimated delivery time of 7–8 working days. While we work hard to get your order to you on time, delivery estimates can occasionally shift due to customs processing or courier delays beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our photography, logo, and original abaya designs, belongs to Hoor Textile and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

Please use our website respectfully, this means no unauthorized access attempts, false information, or activity that could harm our store or other customers.

Hoor Textile is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.
